About Shaw Shooting Group
Shaw Shooting Group aims to teach firearm safety and provide hands-on firearm training to build the skills needed to protect yourself. Shaw Shooting Group courses serve as an introduction to firearm safety and offer a refresher for experienced shooters looking to improve on basic fundamentals including marksmanship and knowledge of firearm laws.

I've been a firearm enthusiast for the majority of my life, and as a youth, was taught to protect myself at all times. I learned to shoot with a .22 caliber rifle while at summer camp at the age of 10, and I've been hooked ever since.
I bought my first firearm 20 years ago, and continued to pursue the sport through hunting, and target shooting. I'm certified in basic and advanced handgun and basic shotgun and have held instructor positions for gun ranges in Houston and Dallas, Texas.
I've had conceal carry licenses in Texas and currently in Missouri. With 20 years of firearm experience and personal defense training I am now focused on firearm safety, shooting instruction, and personal protection with firearms and knives.
